Making your ski vacation complete
From your arrival in the chalet till departure I will be there to meet everyone's needs.
Every morning you will wake up to the smell of fresh croissants, to then find your table set and filled with an extensive breakfast.
After filling your bellies, it is time to hit the slopes. I will take care of all the cleaning up.
On your return after a day spend in the snow, a delicious snack accompanied with a glass of vin chaud or hot chocolate will be waiting for you. It is time to unwind and relax.
In the evening a 3 course dinner will be served, created with local and fresh products.
My goal is to complete your holiday by adding ultimate comfort and delicious food, without disturbing your privacy.
How It Works
You book your dream chalet of your choice in Les Menuires and book me for the desired week. During your stay I will take care of all matters concerning the meals, and cleaning of the general areas.
The week consist of 6 days service and 1 day self service. On this day I can recommend you a nice restaurant, you can cook yourselves or is the option available for an extra day of catering service. On this day I will make sure all the necessities for breakfast and bread service will be present in your chalet.
If there are special wishes, allergies or diets, these will not be an issue. I will take everything into account so all your request and needs will be met.
I will also be available for any questions concerning ski rentals, lessons, ski passes or tips on best ski spots.

What Is Included?
6x complete breakfast including fresh breads, pastries, eggs, a diversity of cold cuts, cheese and jams, yogurt, cereals, juices, fresh fruits, milk, coffee and tea.
6x a homemade afternoon snack accompanied by vin chaud or hot chocolate.
6x a creative and tasteful 3 course meal using fresh and local products.
Each evening meal is served with wine, water and fresh bread. (For the young ones lemonade or juice will be available).
During the week the common areas and toilets will be kept clean and tidy.

* 100% of deposit refunded if cancelled a minimum of 60 days prior of arrival
*75% of the deposit refunded if cancelled between 22 - 59 days prior of arrival
*50% of deposit refunded if cancelled a minimum of 11 - 21 days prior of arrival
*25% of deposit refunded if cancelled a minimum of 10 days prior of arrival
*No refund of payment if cancelled within 10 days or less of arrival or catering days cut short due to any circumstances
During each meal wine, water and fresh bread will be served. For the young ones lemonade or juice will be available.
All dishes are prepared and served by me personally, and can be adjusted to your taste or any special dietary request.
Dishes can be adjusted for the young ones.
“Charcuterie” a diversion of local cold cuts served with home made olive dip, sundried tomato dip, aioli, marinated artichokes, eggplant
“Tartiflette” a typical oven dish from the region existing of creamy potatoes, crispy bacon and caramilised onion topped of with melted Reblochon, served with a fresh green salad

My passion for cooking, service and the mountains go hand in hand. At the age of 10 I was very fortunate to move with my family to B.C. Canada, this is where I connected to the mountains, and was able to play and grow in the Rocky Mountains until I turned 16 and moved back to my home country, the Netherlands. From there on I got to work in many great restaurants and hotels in the wonderful city of Rotterdam. Starting as a waitress and climbed my way up to manager. When I turned 27 I decided to follow my passion back to the mountains. My first winter season I was very fortunate to learn and work with an amazing chef in a wonderful hotel, Esprit Montagne in La Chapelle-d'Abondance, France. After this I settled down in Les Menuires and worked as a chalet chef and host for a successful Dutch company. The following 4 seasons I was recruiting, hiring and training new members of our catering team, as the company grew larger. Then the time had finally come to start doing the things I enjoy the very most in 2018. Offering great food and service, being surrounded by snow covered mountains and even to have some time to discover the best hidden spots in the valley ;-).
This is my dream becoming reality, and enjoying every moment of it.
